JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 8 DAY 3 BENCH AUXILIARY.

Ya know what? Now that i think about it, last Sunday's squat were not as disastrous and doom and gloom as I thought. instead of dwelling on the 412 miss, I am going to dwell on the 390X2 that I didn't miss and did well. Brian actually shook my hand and said"congratulations, you finally missed one", after the 412. Looking back, it is my first squat miss on this program and it's my first miss on squat since I began training with the Crew. That ain't so bad is it!!

Back rehab is in full swing. I progressed to being able to put my own underwear on.

Had a fun sesh tonight. The Boss wanted tons of reps on OHP to get lots of blood in the arms, so that is what he gets.

Deadlifts
Just wanted to try them to see how my back felt. By the third rep on the set of five, It started to squawk. At least i could do some. It's a start.
