Took a narrower grip than usual. Touched shirt not chest. Very happy with the set.

Floor press

8x8 incline dumbbell press with declination

Picked a good weight to try this.

Lying lateral raise

Used Steve's method pulling elbows back.

Neutral grip pullups intra sets
Total of 22. Back was destroyed after yesterday, didn't try to do many.
