Well I pushed back my Deload week. Just going to take a whole week off while on Vacation. Just going to pig out and recover all week.

Today was suppose to be bench, but I skipped it. Shoulders felt fine during last weeks workout, but have been pretty sore up to just yesterday. So they are taking a little longer to recover still. So tomorrow. I'm going to hit Chest with a little shoulder work. Going to try and stay in the 8-12 rep range. Nothing to heavy...

Anyway tonight was Deadlifts.. Went ahead and started at the 5+ week of another round of 5/3/1... Felt pretty good. Even with only having 5hrs of sleep...

Hit a PR on Deadlifts... Would have had another rep, but I was loosing my Grip. Last two reps where finger tips...Time for some heavy Rack Deads with a long pause at the top. These always increase my Grip fast.
