I agree, but only can do when the back is healthy again - and one of the lifts would have to be light and then flip the next week. The Physiotherpist advised me to not dead and squat in the same session at all until lower back is healthy again. I hope to get it done soon before another meet comes up this Spring. He said I could pull and squat in the same session once healthy, but advised to keep one of them light as to not strain the back too much at a time.
