Bench - 130, 165, 195, 230, 260x5 (PR)
BB Row - 105, 130, 155, 180, 210x5
Floor Presses - 135, 135, 135x8
Pull Downs - 160, 170, 180x8
Cardio - 30 min walk on treadmill.
Decided to remove some exercises because I've done them for 8 weeks. I am spending too much energy on the extra exercises I am not getting optimal return on my investment.
I felt real good, made sure to really get set in my bench, I notice I sometimes get in a hurry and throws my form off.
Just started floor presses, blew my triceps up, it's a closer grip, feels good.
Going to revise my wed (dl mp days) to adjust a little bit less work so I can focus more on what I need.
