Today I Did not want to spend a lot of time lifting, last day home as I Get back on boat tomorrow. I was going to do sumo squats but decided I done enough squats to not worry about sumo dead lift. Lower back had a crazy pump after my set of 20 on leverage machine.
Wu for 2 minutes on elliptical and 10 reps of squat with 95 lbs.
Also 2 sets of high pulls for warm up
All ATG squats
255x3 these felt easier then last week
280x1+5 pr felt pretty good aside from knees caving in some
290x1 +15 pr knees cave in and broke concentration , had to dig deep to push up
Leverage machine squat( done these to keep feet closer and work on quads)
Ab work( have not done in a while)
Hanging knee raise super set with ball crunch
15/20 15/15 done. Abs hated me today , squat already had my abs feeling worked so I stopped at two sets each here
255x3 ATG squat
Tagged wrong but it's 280x1 instead of 255x3
290x1 new best by 15 lbs. was a grinder but it was all mind control
