Iowa Juvenile Rehab High School Program for delinquent teens. Giving them direction, an outlet, sense of accomplishment and a sense of accountability.
What you'd expect... All the good things that weightlifting brings to young men. High performing PL team.
Some narration, but mostly commentary from the kids and coaches.
First third is about the PL program...video shows some other activities then returns to the PL team heading to a comp in TX. It slows down while they explore Corpus Christi. Last quarter is competition. Team and individual scoring. USAPL.
The competitors (weighing 114-181) have raw totals of 900 min to compete.
Overall, a little slow-moving, but encouraging to see.
