I'm LOVING 5/3/1....just takes out all the nonsense, you know what youre doin before you even walk into the gym, and its built to have you hitting PR's all the time.
Example, I was stalled out on 270 as my 1RM on bench 8 months ago, but after stepping back and hitting the progressions right, was able to build that up....and my deadlift and squat WOULD MOST CERTAINLY NOT be where they are today if it wasn't for this program.
