Woooooohooooooooooooo!!!!!! Back in the gym today! First workout since the 17th. My elbows, knees, and shoulders thanked me, but Im ready to go! New goals! New routine! New mindset!

lil pain on left elbow, but otherwise a very good workout. Great pump, energy and focus. So happy to be back at it. Now gotta eat like I mean it!
