Squats: 365x5, 405x5, 455x5(RAW), 515x5(PR, sleeves), 530x2(sleeves), 500x5 drop set 315x12, 355x20 (RAW)
Leg Press: 435, 535, 625, 675 (4x12)
Leg Extnesions: 80, 90, 100 (3x20), 100x20 drop set 60x15
Barbell Lunges: 50 (3x12, each leg)
Stiff-Leg Deadlifts: 185 (5x12)
Seated Leg Curls: 60 (4x30)
Seated Calf Raises: 50 (4x25)


Squat: 500x5 drop set 315x12:
