Trained at Stone and Barbell with Jeff Frank and crew. Great time and very appreciative of their help. Always good to get out and learn from others.
Warmup foam rolling and stretching. Used the rumble roller. I need one of these
Cut it short here. Was supposed to hit 650 but I'm still getting used to these shoes. I thought adding wraps back in and the shoes might be a bit too much for today so played it smart.
Down set. Took wraps off

180x5 to 60"
350 to 48" miss,miss wow been a while since I've trained stones haha. Figured these were a good alternative to leg press right?
