Default 20130125 Legs

Yeah guys itll be my first show. cant wait till i can start an album on here and get some pics up. Byrd ill be in touch so you can come down. ill need the motivation! but heres how my night went:


Legs
squat 1x20 @ 135, 1x20 @ 225, 1x20 @ 315, 1x20@405 dropped to 225 fail (6 reps lol) i was cooked after squats but continued thinking someone was outraining me on a friday night.
3x leg press fail wide, narrow, wide foot stance
3x seated leg curls fail
3x standing one legged leg curl each leg failure last set drop set
3x seated leg ext fail
2x db lunges @85lbs fail
6x seated calf raises (in, norm, out, in, norm, out) fail each set

abs and easy cardio tomorrow and sunday gonna be meal prep for the week.

pretty stoked about my first bodybuilding competions coming up in the near future. actually ran into Mr. wilmington and Mr north carolina last years winner in the locker room today and hes gonna work with me on posing and pre contest dieting. good shit today. hope everyone else got after it.


forget partying, boozing, drinking etc, friday nights were made for squatting.
