! Look great to me. I love explosiveness in lifts. Steve told me that the first time we got together, and it has stuck with me since! I used to do everything more slow controlled, feel the muscle, time under tension......bla bla bla. While there can be benifits to lifts like this, I've made more gains, and while cutting than ever before. Stronger than I've ever been. A great example is power shrugs. I always did the very slow, hold at the top for 3-10seconds. I've been doing explosive power shrugs a short time now and my traps look better already! To me that's visual proof of Steve's knowledge
