Bench - 130, 160, 190, 225x5, 260x3 (PR)
BB Row - 100, 125, 150, 175x5, 210x6 (PR)
I always tend to do extra reps for back, now that my form is getting better I just keep getting stronger. So instead of 210x3 I did 6 and 150x8 I did 10.
Incline DB - 85, 95, 105x5
Pull Downs - 160, 170, 170x8
Felt good, clean and fast on bench. Went back to normal grip on bench, have been doing false grip a long while now but if I'm going to compete then I need to. Feels good when you ask a dude in there (not many to choose from) to spot you and he looks over at the weight and his eyes get big and he's like......... yeah man.
