Default Bench 2/25

2 milestones hit today.....

Bench:
225x5
250x3
280x3 (PR, got all three reps really clean, so of course had to try for 300 again, tried last month but stalled out)
300x1 (PR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT IT, clean, spotter didnt touch the bar at all!!!)

DB Incline:
50s x10
60s x9
75s x7
90s x9

Hammer Strength Bench:
4x8-12

Low Cable Flyes:
2x15 was gonna go for more but my chest was FRIIIIIIED.

Soo....first time hitting 300 on bench, and with my 315+ squat and 405 deadlift, that'll put me over 1000

not bad for my first workout post in my new log
