I think the engine is warmed up now!
Advil worked well...helped me sleep soundly. Light Tuesday and no gym last night seemed to help, too. Feel much better today.
Expecting a light day at work, so I should be good for my usual workout tonight. The tweak may be to reduce or eliminate the light workout days. They weren't in my original plan anyway and, for me, recovery is easily as important as training to advancing my strength.
today is the end of week 4. Still planning to deload every 4th week though, starting with week 8.
Needless to say, I'm psyched to lift tonight. Thanks to all for input along the way!
