I agree spiritthief has more strength potential to unlock but his lifts are balanced and good for basic intermediate lifters (we don't know lifting experience or body mass, etc).

Sufficient volume is often key to advancing strength (depending on the lifter's experience), but I think 5x5 is decent volume. 25 reps of squats, etc per session can get a lot done!
