Hi All,

I am Andras. A hungarian living in Dublin, Ireland. 34 years old, Data Architect, father of one little girl, soon two.

I was a really fat kid with bad parental influences regarding nutrition and exercise. It took me a good 28 years to realise this. I have been training for 5 years. I have spent the first two of it to go down from 110+ kg to 84 kg bodyweight which resulted me looking really funny hence I have decided to 'fill up' that skin. I think I have completely lost the third year to 'build a surfer type body in 6 weeks' magazine articles, so I have only been training correctly for a bit over a year, when I found out about proper power lifting training. I am now 94 kg lifting low-intermediate weights. My relationship with food is back to 'love-love', and quality training just gave structure to my life.

This whole transformation gave me an incredible change in my head and I am very well on the way to become me own hero. I am here ask, watch and learn. Maybe some day to answer too.

I am training together with Alan in Markievicz.
