ME Squat Day

Very quick one tonight, am very beat up right now, very sore around my lats and shoulder blade muscles, arms are feeling it too, got a 2 day break coming up as were off to the lake again so Iíll heal up then, havenít missed a training day since new yrs yet so no wonder! Think Iíve squatted for all but one or 2 of those days also. Anywho tonight I squatted with the SSB and 3 chains. I went to a max single of 141kg for a tough PR, I then hit 2 rep sets off the high box real wide. I moved to swings after for reps and then leg curls to finish. Will aim for more volume next workout.

SSB Squat + 3 Chains (No Handles)

1x1 110kg
1x1 125kg
1x1 141kg (PR)
Off High Box Wide Stance
1x10 90kg
1x6 100kg

Swings

4x15-20 To 50kg

Leg Curls
