Thanks for your support Jay, Rich, Chad, Mike, Brute, Fen, Steve, and Paradox. It really means alot.

I'll never forget the look on his face after he examined me. It gave me a sinking feeling. It's going to be a battle royale but I'm up for a fight. Everything happens for a reason, and I am sure I will find it out.

This benching session was all about blowing off some steam. Since i love to lift, I knew a bench PR would help make me feel better, and it did. At the same time, I wanted to get some work in, so I did triples.

I also had an appointment with my Physiotherapist after my eye appointment. Facet joint was out again. He forbade me from deadlifting and squatting in the same session ever again, whether or not it's heavy or light. I have already informed JB and he will make adjustments.

Having JB in my corner means the world to me. I really feel like the luckiest lifter on Earth. Without his help, it would be really easy to say just fuck it.
