Light day...not much to see here!
Feeling a bit sore and tired today so kept it really simple.
Did some bench dips 10/10/10/15/15/15 alternated with BW calf raises (6x30).
Then some rotator cuff work alternated with BW toe squats.
Finished with some foam rolling of posterior chain & back plus left anterior delt.
Tennis ball rolled both plantar fascia.
