I mean that's just my take you know, I'm sure people will disagree. We're all individuals.

But if you've truly exhausted just regular Deadlift progression then roughly for me the assistance is as the following:

Rack Lockout = Stronger overall

Deficits = Lockout, also overall

SLDL = Off the floor, also overall
