Tuesday Quick Workout
5 cycles on bike
30 seconds sprint-90 seconds low intensity
-this is the longest amount of time I have done cardio for a while, felt pretty good. I like the intensity of tabata better, but I HIIT is good too
Did some recovery work, cossack squats, poor man reverse hypers, sit ups, some rolling, leg swings etc. Trying to get healthy!
By the way, Juggernaut Strength systems is having a squat week, and so far there is a ton of awesome information there.
