I think I might have passed out while switching arms for that 20 repper row. Now I gotta try it! I'm thinking if I copy you on the backwork, maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to make a 500 dead look easy as well.

Nice work on the paused pressing as well. It's a tough lift.
