Damn good bench session today. Secondary pressing sucked, but i'm ok with that for the next couple weeks.

Changed my grip up on bench, moved it out about half an inch per hand and it felt much, much better. I'm touching lower without getting into awkward positions, feel more chest involvement, and feel that my back stays tighter.

195 x 5 - paused, but not a long one. Just enough to be 100% certain there was no bounce at all.

DB Row

105 x 20 per arm - hurble burble this is rough

Brute Press
65 x 3 per arm. left arm doesn't like locking out, the shoulder/front delt gets pissy.

DB Curl
