Been going non stop while I have been down here. Found a house, started paper work, changed phone companies, managed to get 1 lift in, but better than nothing.
Now that I have had some time to look back at that squat, and find out the bar was 60, not 45, I got to feel ok with it being it was the first time I used it. I had no plan coming in, I was just trying to fit in with what everyone else was doing. There was two groups, one using a typical squat bar and working in full gear, the other the group I was in doing chambered bar and chains. Looking back I should have went up another plate for one more set, and dropped some of the raw work. I also need to get a multiply brief, because I can get into a catcher stance with these single ply ones on. If I am going to lift in the multiply world I better have the right fighting power!
With that said, I will get up with Ken this week and start to hash out a plan as to what size I will need. I will prob have to change suit sizes as well because the one I have now is crazy tight, cant imagine if I am trying to get them on over a set of briefs!!!
