Notes: Getting out off my comfort-zone by doing reps on the squat and frontsquat. Everything above 5 on the bsquat and 3 on the fsquat is hell, so that is what will make me stronger.

Paused Squat - 7ct
*First time doing these and im humbled. Fell over a number of times. This is a good assistance exercise since I could feel it in muscles i did not know off :-)
