ME Squat Day 20/1/13

Today I am carrying a wonderful bloat! Full of energy and feeling very strong. I worked up to a 160kg cambered squat with a mini and 4 chains. Nice lift. I then did speed work, some chair deadlifts and abs and single leg work. Felt good to eat like a man and train like one again.

Cambered Squat + Mini & 4 Chains

1x3 115kg
1x2 130kg
1x1 145kg
1x1 155kg
1x1 160kg
5x4 90kg 30 secs
3x2 95kg
2x2 100kg

Chair Deadlifts

Lots of triples to 80kg, Meh not sure of this exercise.

Split Squats

3x20

Abs

2 sets
