Heading on over to Dr Oz's site to see what I should do, as I eat every food on that list except Soy.

I actually have to disagree with the list, as I was recently fully tested by a internal medicine specialist and was told I have the internal cell structure of a 25 year old, including all organs. I eat some of those daily for 8 years now.

Interesting gluten free baking is there. Must be because of the extra starches used in it. I limit it for that reason.

Additionally, I take Chlorella Micro Algae daily. Many bad chems that get into your bloodstream bind to it and then it exits your system without any harm to the liver whatsoever.
