ME Squat Day 19/1/13

Toaday I squatted against the big blue band, itís the heaviest band I squat against, I made a PR of 3 plates per side, real grinder it was in my last vid. I had to axe the squats there as my RH arm was toast, very painful. I did some deadlifts up to 190kg for a double, much harder than it should have been, I then hit rack pulls for triples to 210kg. Very rough day, feeling very depleted and beat up. Need to get a good re feed in this weekend to be ready for another week of this!

Squat + Blue Band

1x2 80kg
1x2 95kg
1x1 110kg
1x1 125kg
1x1 140kg (PR)

Sumo Deadlift

Lots of 5s To
1x3 180kg
1x2 190kg

Pin 43 Rask Pull

Lots of Triples to 210kg, let the reefed commence.
