Sunday More Strongman
Nice day out, so I hit some farmers. Went well, I was a little sore but a fun random session.

Farmers Walk
160 each hand x 2 x 60 ft
210 each hand x 2 x 60 ft
250 each hand x 4 x 60 ft
160 each hand x 2 x 100 ft, no rest between this one just repick and go

Snatch Grip Rack Pulls, what?

Zombie Squats

This is a pr if you want to call it that, haha. Second time I have done these. I really like them

Assisted Cossack Squats
3 sets x 5 reps each leg
These are my new enemy, if you do not know what they are youtube them. So much pain, my hips felt like they were tearing from the stretch. I think they will help with mobility and balance

Poor Man Reverse Hyper
3 x 20

Sit Ups
2 x 15-20

Fun workout today, going to do some serious recovery stuff now. Then watch football for the rest of the day!
