Nice day out, so I hit some farmers. Went well, I was a little sore but a fun random session.
160 each hand x 2 x 60 ft
210 each hand x 2 x 60 ft
250 each hand x 4 x 60 ft
160 each hand x 2 x 100 ft, no rest between this one just repick and go

These are my new enemy, if you do not know what they are youtube them. So much pain, my hips felt like they were tearing from the stretch. I think they will help with mobility and balance
