Thanks men. Very, very, VERY slow, but sure. When I get a slingshot on, I've worked up to 175 on bench. I get stuck at the bottom, can't get off the chest for the press command. In a slingshot, no problem. Raw? Nope. So I talked to Luyando about it and he recommended some tricep and back accessory work and using reverse bands off the squat cage when I bench. So, I ordered some bands up and can't wait to start training with them!
