We noticed they did not feel the same weight, so we weighed them...his was 38 lbs, mine 35 lbs. Mil Press: 105 lbs x3x3x3x3x3x2
Pendlay Rows: 125 lbs x8x7x6 = 21
Kirk Rows: 125 lbs X6x5x5 = 16
DB Bench: 65 lbs x9x7x6 = 22
Mil Press: 80 lbs x10x8x8 = 26, up next time
