Squats! Could let a week go by with no squats, so I got in and did some low volume work today.

275 x 3 - 9 of the 11 reps looked solid. 2 of them were a little iffy, but all hit depth. One thing I found is when the bar ends up forward, it tends to start forward and stay there. I had thought I was falling forward in the hole, but it looked more like I started forward at the descent and just stayed there.
