Saturday Short Strongman
I will do more event work tomorrow, specifically farmers but felt like training today.

Log C&P
105x2x5
145x2x3
195x2
215x1
235x1, felt terrible
250x1, kinda, did not lock out perfectly
215x3 sets x 2 reps
Felt really off on the log, my balance was off. Did have some beers last night. Even when I am not hungover I think it still throws me off the next day.

Tire Flips
5 sets x 5 flips -1 min rest
These were pretty tough, but it should just be enough to loosen everything up without any soreness.

Tomorrow I plan on just killing farmers walks and doing some recovery work.
