Somehow i went to the water fountain and to the bathroom and in the process forgot that 495 was loaded! so dumb me added 2 more 45's (too psyched up on dark rage) so 585... got it up above the knees and hitched and hitched and hitched and back down...Now I am thinking..I did reps with 500 not too long ago! WTF???? There I was feeling like a moron after realizing there was 6 45's on each side and not 5! At least now I know my hip is fully recovered! LOL...
