only my 3rd day on PARAGON and nothing much to report back. I am going back to my carb cycling diet which has been a success for me in the past. I've decided to keep my lifting log here along with my PARAGON log.
Now yes I have upper body twice a week and Legs scheduled once a week. On my 1st pull day I always do a variation of a deadlift (rack, Deadlift + shrug, snatch grip rack deads, clean pulls). On my second Pull day I usually do other posterior chain exercises as well or sled drags.
