In and out in 44 minutes even with throwing for the dog. Nothing big to note. I found a new log app for iphone and ipad, GymGoal 2. I like it, really easy to set things up and it allows for as many sets as you need. Problem is that the 10 sets are too much for me to take a screen shot of to post. But, to date, it is the easiest logging app I have found thus far.
- using Crimson Punch. The taste is smooth and slightly sweet. Perfect for morning training
- Was on target and focused throughout session. Worked fast completing the entire session in record time
- Starting a new routine and cycle, I started at about 70% of 1RM on some exercises. Squats are currently about 85% of 1 RM Max. I felt strong and felt I could have gone on longer.
- Great endurance.
I am really enjoying this product. Looking forward to seeing how things progress on Juggernaut.
