Thanks all, yeah the goals are4 fairly intermediate because I am tentatively looking at a meet in March but I know definitely I will do one in May. So Im just gauging myself accordingly. I may just go after 300kg for ya swede! That way it just looks cooler.
My legs, well they do not like me right now and thats okay because I will whip them into submission.
@Mike, as of right now just my normal clean eating whilst im training. My training partners and coach keep telling me to just diet down to 242s but Im not a big fan of the strength loss I suffer from.
