End of Wave 3: 5/3/1
*Just wanted to experiment with shrugs, think I perfer upright rows...
3x10 25lb dumbbell
Rear Delts (Reverse Pec Dec)
*Didnt like the reverse pec dec, didnt feel right to me. Need to experiment with other rear delt exercises
Pretty good workout, another cycle down. Not going to de-load this time, going to start up cycle 3 and maybe de-load after that.
