I like 4 days a week:
Day 1:legs
Day 2:chest and shoulders
Day 3:back
Day 4:arms

Versatile for powerlifting or bodybuilding. Bodybuilding like it is and if you want a more powerlifting split,legs become squat and back becomes dead day. Chest and shoulders become pause bench day and arms become lockout based day.
