EXCELLENT, 275 is my current working weight. NO PAIN at all. I told myself next deadlift day I will start back up where I left off pre injury.

CRAP....back strain reared its ugly head again......No I am pissed, probably right back to injury training......
Now its Thursday morning...back feeling MUCH better, hopefully by next Wednesday, I can still go back to 100%, at least on the deads anyway.
After reading yesterday about everyone trying Sumo deads, I tried a couple at the end of the dead workout...and they felt pretty good, might start incorporating them in a little. We'll see.
first half (deads) 9/10
seconh half (squats) 4/10
overall 8/10....I like deads a lot more......
Great work Marvin! Really hope your back heals up soon. Take it easy for awhile bud, pushin it might end up putting you out for a long time. Better to rest up and crush it another day!
