Default Day #4

Today will be a light day as planned. I kicked my ass yesterday in the gym. DeathPlexes, plus some bench, lats, bi's and tri's. Bench is still an issue, the weight on the way down still bothers my shoulder a bit. The weight itself is easy enough, but I still feel a tweak on the way down, so I'm going to keep that part slow, and build it up without injuring it again.

Nutrition is on par, shakes and aminos today, plus solid food every few hours.

Girlfriend now wants me to dump all the supps, but she knows I won't. She just doesn't understand what they are. So I wil reveiw what I'm taking with her and reinforce the fact that I'm not going to die from taking them.

Okay, back to the grind.. I'll detail yesterdays workout later today..
