Wednesday Squats and Deads
Decent workout today, not much sleep due to some personal issues. But training always helps everything.

Squats
145x2x5
235x2x3
325x 6 sets x 5 reps
Weights felt good today, a lot of the reps were a bit of a grind.

Deadlifts
135x2x5
225x5
315 x 4 sets x 5 reps
Cut the volume a little today, I experimented with pausing at my knee on each rep. Diesel weasel had a video of these the other day. They are brutal, but force me to use good form

Reverse Hyper
4 plates x 3 sets x 10-15 reps

Walking Lunges
20lb Dbs x 4 sets x back and forth accross the gym
Need to keep doing these.

My lower back has been awful, not sure what it is. I am going to hammer away at recovery stuff. The reverse hyper gave me some relief today, I am going to do reverse hypers every day. I think benching is what really irritates my back. I am going to change my set up a little bit. Bench is really not that important right now, so I can not allow it to affect my other lifts.

Tomorrow will be overhead press.

Update: My gym just got a belt squat machine! Amazing, I will be adding that as a serious part of my training regimen.
