DELOAD SESSION #2

Everything felt easy tonight with the exception of most of my muscles feeling too tight. It felt good to get a bit of work in. Two days off now until I Bench with the Crew on Saturday as I start week 8.

It feels pretty damn good to call 225 bench easy.
