Temps above freezing, so the workout was really nice!
Squat (low-bar, medium-wide stance, below parallel)
BB Bench Press
Pull Ups (9x4 intraset)
Took a couple sets for the pull ups to feel good.
It was funny to bench 135 and feel like it was a milestone!
Got to up the BO Flys...3 sets of 10 isn't that serious...
