If you put a quarter on the ground one foot in front of someone and ask them to squat and pick it up, they won't shoot their knees forward. They will squat, open their knees, and be full of win.

That is how we squat. Most people only squat knees forward if they are trying to emulate an exercise "squat."

My point was that a real squat is a natural movement, not the forced emulation of something from a Weider mag.
