First day out of the box was pretty solid. Juggernaut mixed pretty well with water, and had good taste. I have tried various preworkouts in the past, and well the taste sucked haha! I took it about 20 minutes before I started my workout. As most of you know I am recovering from surgery and am doing a light more reps than I have recently. I figured using a preworkout would be a help, and so far Juggernaut did the trick. I got a nice pick me up, but it wasnt overkill. I didnt have the shakes or jitters. Had a sold workout, and no real crash. I took it several hours before bed, and as expected had no issues going to sleep.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
