I've worked in Corrections for 12yrs... Everywhere I have worked. They didn't have any free weights. Just Cardio machines, Pull up bar and a Dip Bar. All of the BOP's pulled there free weights out years ago. Just a few of the Camps have them. As for State.. It's different state to state. In the last 12yrs I have yet to see anyone Gain any real size. Seen a few get ripped, but not jacked looking. Most guys that are Big either are natural freaks or came in with it. Which they slowy lose.

I have also never seen any kind of AAS.. Many other drugs, cell phones, etc....

I find all the time.. DIY type weights.. Pillow cases filled with books, Food, Soap, ice etc... All weighs different.

As for Food... They can order Tuna, sausage, oatmeal, basic Vitamins and a few other things.

They also steal it from the kitchen. Like Chicken, Eggs, Fruit etc...

Many years ago I heard they could even order Creatine at one time. But not anymore...
