I really would like to shed a few pounds of blubber in the next few months. Nothing drastic, of course, and I will do it really slowly. I currently weigh in at 235 (I'm 5'10") and I would like to "tone" (haha) down to about 210-215 ish. I think I would look and feel much better.
There is absolutely no reason why I cannot gain strength and still reach my goals in just losing 20 lbs very slowly. I would never want to be under 200 lbs tho.
I am bound and determined to look and fell better and reach my goals of a 500+ pull, a 315+ bench, and a 450+ squat along the way. This is and always will be my priority.
When I set my mind to something, I get it. My mind is set.
